DigitalCrafting 2009-2011 documents the network, its participants and their work in the 2009-2011 period. The aim for this publication is to act as an extended catalogue and durable record introducing the guiding research questions, techniques and technologies. Presenting the wide variety of activities in the network, the publication traces the five research workshops-seminars as well as the two symposia that make up the core of the research activities. By showcasing the events through direct reporting and interviews with key guests and speakers, it is the networks aim to demonstrate the breadth of the research topic and the many ways in which digital crafting challenges the practices of design, architecture and engineering.
